Otterbox customer service is great

I bought a Defender case off an Ebay seller . After a few weeks carrying it, the hard plastic tab on 1 of the sides-where it clips into the holster-broke off, and the phone wasn't secured very well. I checked out their website and saw that they offered a replacement if I provided photos and some info. I didn't have a receipt and figured they wouldn't honor a replacement. To my surprise they immediately honored my complaint and sent out a new replacement piece and screen cover free of charge.
