Otterbox Defender Question: Has the screen issue been fixed?

The defender for the Note 2's had an issue where the screen protector did not sis perfectly flush with the screen and it created a small air chamber. This was the first phone i had had this issue with. Has this issue been solved with the S4 Defenders?

I had a case like this on my GS4 it was not a OtterBox. My friend has an otterBox and he does not have this problem. Someone told me it could be the screen protecter you get on your phone some times they get stuck together.

Nope, I have the otter defender on and it doesn't have that.

I also have the defender, and mine sits flush. If you get a bad case, I'm sure Otterbox would replace it for free.

Yes, Otterbox is such a great company, they might even send you two if there's a problem

This is exactly what I want to a know, my phone shattered and I had to replace it..N I DON'T think the commuter is any different than what I'm using now.

I had this problem with my iPhone. Otterbox recognized the problem and sent me a replacement front and it was much much better. You should contact Otterbox and see if this is a known issue. When I called in they already had a large open ticket for those that also had the same issue. It apparently was a bad batch from their manufacturing facility.
