Well ladies and gents, as most of you know NO ONE has received their 32 gig GS3 from sprint as of yet. Well my darling wife of 2 months from launch day of the IP4S on sprint has had that phone and has hated it along with sprint's coverage and 3G speeds. She has had numerous daily dropped calls and very spotty 3G service as most of us on sprint has experienced one time or another. Here is where it get's good, she cracked her screen on her iphone and didn't want to get it replaced, she was interested in switching back to android but NOT staying with sprint. (Some can see where this is starting to go)

So we are in the mall yesterday and she stops in the t-mobile store to look at their phones/plans. She tells me they have the GS3 in the store in stock but only in blue. I have no interest in seeing the phone because I want to wait until my phone comes from sprint. So we leave but on the way home she is talking non-stop about this phone. I go to work that night and she calls me telling me that she has just ordered a 16 gig white SG3 which t-mobile is overnight shipping to her and will be delivered on Wednesday.........Needless to say I am not in a good mood. Not only is she receiving her phone before me after I pre-ordered with sprint 6/5/12, she also ordered the same color!!

T-mobile's plans are pretty competitive in relation to sprint's and although I know sprint is deploying LTE eventually, t-mobile's network is pretty fast in the greater DC area. I even thought about caving and switching for a mili second just to get this device (Lol). With all that said, I guess if I knew when I was going to receive my phone this would be a little easier to swallow but with no info flowing, not being able to cancel my order on a fully paid for $635.00 device, and no eta on when it will be shipped or delivered makes this one tough deal. By tomorrow she will be playing with her shiny new phone and I will still be stuck wondering :'( She even wants to do an un-boxing video and asked me to be the camera man, Lmbo (salt in the wounds)

Well on the flip side she did get rid of the rotten fruit for greener pastures, so I am happy about that. Hopefully t-mobile will work out better for her than sprint has. I hope soon I will be able to smile a bit when I receive a tracking number but til then what can ya do.

Just wanted to share with those who are still waiting to help pass the time :) Enjoy the day!

But no one has the 32 gig versions yet. So you shouldn't get too depressed. Plus, none of us can even place orders until "further notice." So, at least you have an order placed. However, you didn't mention what she's paying for the phone. As I understand it, TMO is going to be charging at or above retail, according to their new payment plan. This whole thing has been a cluster! Sammy certainly looks horrible. To a degree, they had the same fiasco with their European "launch." You'd think they'd learn. Why announce launch dates, etc., if you can't supply the demand? Is this planned, to help increase interest? Something that makes you go, "Hmmmm!"

Of course, having such a great device doesn't do much good when the network isn't up to snuff. Come on Sprint! Get your act together! You're not going to ingratiate your current customers, nor win new ones, if your network sucks. Unlimited doesn't mean much when it takes forever to get a usable connection or continually drop calls.

She paid 329.99 for the phone minus a 50 buck mail in rebate but she is a government employee and received an additional 40 dollar instant saving so she only paid about 239.99 for the phone. That's not bad.

I feel your pain. I preordered from Radio Shack and when my wife found out she wanted one also. RS did not have the white phone she wanted so I ordered one for her from Sprint online. She got her's last Thursday and I am still waiting. :(
