Our bv9800 is not receiving texts from one specific iPhone.

This is the only person’s iPhone testing that we don’t receive and she doesn’t receive an error message. Other iPhone users we receive without issues. Thanks in advance…LaRae

Have you tried deleting that contact and adding again? Can that person text you?

I am now a member. We can send texts everywhere, no problem. Our daughter with a iPhone is sending the Blackview texts which we don’t receive. We receive don’t receive and she doesn’t get an error on her end. ??

Sorry with that last line. So we don’t receive her text and she thinks it went through as she doesn’t get an error message
