Out of luck with Server 2003

The Inc doesn't want to play with Windows Server 2003. However it will charge.

When I plug the phone in nothing happens except it starts charging. The HTC dialog that's supposed to pop up doesn't. Can't initiate htc sync or mount the sd card.

I wouldn't expect it to be compatible with 2003 server.
