Didn't really answer my question. Will the device ever be in Stock again? Or does sold out mean that's it, they are only going to make a limited number. That would be hard to believe ??????

Really... this really has to be an obvious answer... but maybe you really think this was a one time sale... I mean just think about it... the old Nexus 6... it was just on sale for a fairly cheap price just a few weeks ago... did that ever go out of stock when they launched it... YES... but it did come back.

You might not get one for a month or more, but they will be back on Google's Store... just give it time, and keep watching here for new posts about them selling again.

Well I was able to go to the Huawei site and place an order for the black 128GB model. They've already charged my credit card and will ship "late November". Free shipping and no sales tax. Can't beat that. I just hope website is legit.

No one will be able to answer this with 100% accuracy. The phone just came out so I would expect a little wait if ordering late. They do have a wait list for now but eventually it will become normal to just order and receive the phone in a few days (or less). Just like any new phone it can take a little at first due to demand.

I just tried to order 64 GB, I gave delivery address as California, it is adding 46.67 as tax . How come you got it without tax, what is the US State in your delivery address?

I live in Indiana.

Huawei has a whole development office in Silicon Valley. Look at their careers page. Over 300 openings most of which are located in Mountain View; neighbors to Google. Partially explains the partnership. If a company has a brick & mortar in a state it's gotta charge sales tax in that state.

I'm on the waitlist fit the 64gb in aluminium. Will I get an email as soon as they come available? Or should I check Google a few times a day for availability?

If you guys go check the 32 gb aluminum is still around, its like on and off I'm guessing some people are cancelling orders and others are taking advantage (me) lol
