I've looked around and am reasonably sure that there's no good solution fir me at this time, but thought I'd ask here just in case. I have two phones on two different providers, but want my outgoing caller ID on both phones to point to the number of one of the two phones. Google Voice isn't a viable option because I don't have a good way to push all of my existing contacts to a GV number, and I currently can't port one of my existing numbers to GV due to carrier contract obligations. Are there any other options I've overlooked?

Did you look in the store? https://play.google.com/store/search?q=spoofing+caller+id+change+number+free&c=apps

BTW, spoofing for personal gain is illegal. :)

Yep, I've taken a look, and it seems that of all those, only PhoneBuster could potentially do what I want to do, but it also requires paying per call... I guess I'll just have to be satisfied with making my calls from the phone whose number I want to show up until I can figure out a better option (or until I run down my ETF to a tolerable amount). Thanks!
