Outlook.com emails will NOT sync in BlackBerry Hub on Note 5

I have tried to get my two outlook.com emails set up in the blackberry hub on my Note 5 and both keep saying "ACTION REQUIRED TO SYNC EMAIL"

I had to load the outlook app to get those emails for now which SUCKS

I need some help on this and it is so frustrating why something so simple should be the damn programer's love to screw with us

Are these work account emails? If so, then you will need to have the work IT department assist you with getting the email onto your device. I had a similar issue and that's what was needed.

I have two personal Microsoft mail accounts using BlackBerry Hub on my Note 5. I set them up in the Hub as ActiveSync accounts. I have TFA set for those accounts, so I had to authenticate the setup requests. After that, I was good to go.

I've had a similar problem in the past while adding Microsoft accounts to BlackBerry Hub on another device though. I had to disable WiFi to setup the accounts, then reenabled WiFi and all was good. Apparently it had something to do with how Hub communicated with BlackBerry. The word is that Hub email still goes through BlackBerry servers, similar to how everything went through BlackBerry servers with the old BIS.

Not work emails, one of the outlook accounts went thru this morning but the one I use for my amazon business will not take.

Did not work with wifi off

Im so damn pissed these damn programers

screw outlook I set up a brand new gmail account and it took right away, way to go Microsoft bunch of crap
