Outlook contacts

Can anyone say whether it is possible to assign custom ringtones/text notification tones to contacts in Outlook for Android? This was always useful on my Lumia 950XL.

You can but you do it from within the Android OS. Not Outlook.

I thought as much, Mark.

I take that I would therefore have to repeatedly sync Outlook contacts with Android contacts every time I added/amended them, if I wanted to have personalised tones. Otherwise just make do, and wait until one day perhaps MS might add this feature to Outlook.

I don't see them adding this to Outlook since Outlook uses the Android Contacts application. The Sync should be happening automatically though.
