Okay, here is a new one ...
1) once outlook 2010 receives an email, it is then deleted from my gmail account
2) even if it has already been viewed thru my gmail account and/or on my android phone
3) this just started after ICS upgrade
4) i have used gmail and outlook together for years with no issues
5) yes, all of my setting are correct
6) with imap, there is no checkbox to 'leave a copy of message on server'
7) i have made no changes to my outlook nor my gmail account
if outlook is closed then the email will arrive at my gmail account- i can view the emails online (web browser) and on my Razr phone at the same time. they will stay until outlook is opened. once outlook 'sees' the email it is removed from my phone and web browser. if you are logged in / watching your phone - you can see the email disappear once outlook gets it.
again, this just started. i made no changes to any accounts. it has never done this before, not even once for the past 5 years.
any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. thanks!
