Outlook for Android Message Sync Issue

Just started yesterday. Messages for one of the two email accounts won't sync properly, only the message headline and "this message has no content". The other email account syncs just fine. I've cleared the cache and reset but neither solves. Older messages that I know synced correctly prior to yesterday now say the same thing. Any ideas?

oops you did say that in your original post. if it just started yesterday, maybe it is just a temporary glitch with the server that account is on. do you have the problem when on mobile or wifi or both?

Both mobile and wifi. I'm surprised we haven't seen any others chiming in, this is happening on both my and my wife's phone
