Outlook Mail app - folders

Do you use the Outlook Mail app, possibly for work Exchange (Office 365) email?

If so, do you have issues where subfolders either take forever to populate, or don't populate at all?

I use the Outlook app for my work email (Office 365) and just loaded messages from a few folders. Th response was pretty quick, but a little lag was present.
