Outlook Mail App

I recently started using the Outlook app for email. It seems to have a weird "bug". When I view emails it will only show me the top of the emails and will usually not let me scroll down any further. I say usually because it very rarely will let me scroll to the bottom on some emails. It's the weirdest thing. If I open the emails on any other email program they scroll with no problem. Now here's the really weird part...if I turn the phone sideways into landscape the same emails that won't scroll for me will scroll perfectly fine to the bottom. Is there some kind of setting I'm missing in the app or the phone? Is this happening to anyone else? I'm really stumped on this one.

I gave up on the outlook app years ago.
I use aqua mail app for both Hotmail and yahoo.
I like it. It works and is quite customizable.

I just recently was using the Outlook email app and was not having that issue. I switched back to the BlackBerry Hub bc I like Blackberry Calendar much better than Outlook's calendar.

Some of mine are half way like that as well. I hadn't thought much of it because it's only a few. I think if there's more pictures or graphics it does that.

I'm using Samsung email app for outlook
So tap 3 bars in upper left corner/tap gear icon/ account very top says your email address tap scroll all the way down show images toggle on

Delete your photos so people dont get your email address

Edit : you are using the outlook app
I recommend u use the Samsung email app to log in better options
