Outlook's arrange feature.

I want to be able to arrange my emails by "to" & "from" as I do on my computer with Outlook.

Is that a feature that is on the phone, or is there an app that will provide this feature?

I user touchdown for exchange mail. I find it is quite comparable to Outlook. Moxier mail is another good choice for exchange users. The standard mail app is pretty basic.
