No problem holmes. It's a fact that was routinley overlooked by "those" guys when the gnex came out. I was waiting for the Bionic myself, since about May 2011 lol. As was everyone else. Extremely glad I held out a bit longer as I'm more of a buy and hold fellow. Well, with phones anyway.
I've read plenty of tech articles that used the term "underclocked" for the 4460, but perhaps they simply meant its normal operating range is 1.2GHz to 1.5GHz. Google/Sammy chose to keep it at it's lowest setting to improve the dreaded LTE battery life. The 4430 is actually overclocked to 1.2GHz. It's meant to run at 1GHz.
