is it possible?I mean its not dualcore but I'm pretty sure its possible to overclocking past 1.28 ?
It's a good processor because it a snapdragon one so idk why they stop here.
Anyone have a good reason or thought?

Don't have any links or anything but it has always said that anything past 1.28 is very unstable. A lot of evos usually go into a bootloop at 1.28

Yeah my evo did that too..
I wonder about that.
Because with the WebOs dev
They have the kernel for the pre- up to 1.2
And its very stable

I didnt know you could get the evo up to 1.2. I got my evo at 1.1 and its stable.
I agree with hitherawesomeness, i remember the kernel for my pre was set at 1.2 and it was very stable but it did get a bit hot.

1.2 is the max the CPU is capable of. It's impossible to go beyond unless you change the CPU. Some EVO's can run smooth on 1.2, others bog and crash. But for the most part you won't get past 1.2...

I can vouch for bogging and crashing at 1.2...On MINE...not everyone will get the same experience.
