Overheated on wall charger

Alright so last night, just as every night, I plugged my Incredible up for its nightly charge...same spot and outlet as always. This morning, the nice little green led was lit as always, but when i picked it up i immediately noticed significant heat. Every other time its just been the normal room temp/cool, but this morning it was as if i had been running the GPS all night on My Tracks or something, but of course it wasn't. It wouldn't respond to the power button wake up either.... i let it cool down a while, still no response. The green light was on (not flashing), but nothing. I was forced to do a battery pull and it then booted just fine and nothing seems out of the ordinary now.

SO, of course now I'm concerned with what caused this, is it a "returnable" problem? Any one else have this problem? (i've had the phone since launch...pre-order)

So, stock charger, right? First questing is: what was different? New app? New setting on existing app?

If the answer is that you made no changes and you're using the stock charger, and if it happens again.... back it goes!

Yes stock charger, no new apps. I did move some things around yesterday just in terms of screen locations, uninstalled some apps during the day. But nothing I haven't done before. If it happens again or even looks at me funny, its going back!
