Overheating Warning

I have been getting random overheating warnings on my GW3. I'm not doing anything at the time other than wearing the watch. I'm indoors in an air conditioned office with good signal. Is there any way to figure out the cause? Like an event log or something? It has happened a few times before. This last time was a few minutes ago. I shut the watch down and took it off and it did feel hot to the touch on the back. I wasn't even using it at the time. Anyone have any ideas? This is my first Galaxy watch so I'm a clueless rookie at this point. LOL

Try doing a reset to see if that works. I always reset any android devices and it always helps.

Thanks. I'll give that a try. Is that done through the app or can it be done directly on the watch?
