Hello!
I'm A Firefighter that uses an app called "Active Alert" (also called "Active 911") as a paging/ response App. Basically when a fire call comes in, it Alerts us of the incident, and in the app I can view info about the call and who else is responding etc.

My problem is that I would like to be able to have this app have a Audio and vibrate notification no matter what ringer setting my phone is on.

Our old response app (I Am Responding) allowed an "override silent " function that did that, but when I inquired with Active Alert staff about this issue, they told me it was a "Backdoor way in the Android OS and our developers won't do it, yet I-Phones allow it"

Is there any way to make this happen? Or am I going to be stuck using Do not Disturb all the time with that app being an exception. Very frustrating.
Thanks!
I'm on a S22 Ultra.

The Tasker program could unmute your phone automatically. How you would actually do it in Tasker (there are many ways) would depend on how that app works.
