Overwritten partition?

Hello! My question is about userdata partition. I know it contains music,photos,videos etc. I need to recover some photos and videos,that's why I didn't use camera. But yesterday I started to think about one thing. I downloaded music and some documents in my phone. That means all partition is overwritten? Even photos and videos?

There are apps in the Play Store that can attempt to recover files that were deleted on the internal sd card (user partition). I don't know if those apps really work, but it's worth a try even if the internal sd card has been since re-written with new data.

I tried all of them but didn't work. There are really good apps,but I need root,and I can't do that cause my phone is one s and it has locked bootloader,which I can't unlock because if I do it Iwon't be able to find that partition. But thanx anyway!
