Own an HTC ONE, won a G2

It all depends if you want to get the "best" phone for you or the maximum amount of cash from your sale. Obviously selling a sealed G2 would get you more money than selling a used HTC One. Plus, you could convert the One into a GPE device which pretty much guarantees that you'll still get updates to keep the device going for a while whilst running the latest version of Android. Tough choice though
