Well, it's not side loaded from a shady third party website and it's been used for quite some time in the OnePlus community.

I worried about using it initially as well, but this will be my third update with zero issues, and I couldn't find anything negative about the app over at XDA, so I'm all in now.... currently downloading the update!

So, I read an article from 9 to 5 that it was determined that 9.5.9 was bugie and 9,5.10 was a hotfix to those issues. Therefore, the 9.5.9 rollout had been stopped to those that hadn't been updated.
