P10 incoming calls displaying previous call contact names and muffled bassy sound during phonecalls

Anyone has similar issues with Huawei P10, EMUI 5.1 and AND 7.0.?

1. New incoming phonecall showing me previous calls contact names, crazy.
2. I don't like the sound of the internal speaker, the opponent sound quality is not clear its muffled bassy how can I explain it better

For the phone with that pricetag it's a shame.

I would try to do a factory data reset first. Be sure to backup data first
