P10 screen

Hi everyone, I have just played with the P10 for 30min. and I think it's just a beautifully made phone and the camera is the best I have seen. My only gripe is that the screen just seemed much worse than my current galaxy S6, colours and resolution reminded me of my old HTC One M7. How are you guys finding the screen quality after extended use?

Well the p10 has an LCD display at 1080x1920 FHD while the S6 has an AMOLED with 1440x2560 WQHD display. So yes, the screen is worse than the one on the S6. It's not just subjective.

I don't see anything wrong with it. Very bright and high pixel density. Would be nicer on the battery if it was amoled, though.

Yeah, but still isn't as good as the S6 screen like the OP was used to. Lower resolution and lower max brightness (p10 maxes at 555nits, while the S6 on autobrightness boosts all the way to over 700nits, even if it normally runs up fo 405nits on manual adjustment). Plus since it's LCD, colors are cooler and less popping.
