P40 Lite, how can I install the Play Store?

Hi bought a Huawei 40 lite bought for my son but cant get utube he wants Google play store

Hi I have a p40 pro, I use youtube and I go on the website, ive just pinned it to the homepage and its no different for me, I can still cast it over
