I saw this posted in the G+ community. The samsung-updates page says the region it's for is PHE, anyone know what region that is? FWIW, just checked and there is no OTA yet.

Apparently PHE is SPAIN, according to this thread discussing the desire for a Lollipop update for this device.

Yep, has English language baked in...so don't sweat flashing it...software is software. Might be safe to facforday data reset before/after...but its that way with most major version releases
