P9 Lite storage??

Hi guys,

So I just got Huawei P9 Lite and I notice something strange about the storage. The phone is brand new so when I got it I uninstalled all the bloatware that I could the other I disabled.

So my phone has 16gb of memory 6.44gb is used for sistem, so with bloatware I'm just gonna say that right of the bat 7gb is used and I'm fine with that.

But of 9 free gb that I should have 3.9 is used for games and other aps and currently 1.3 is free.

So why out of 9gb of usable memory can I only use 5.2.

If anyone can please help me.

Recovery partition? Bootloader partition? They take space too. And space is taken by system apps storing data, which doesn't show as system space. So you don't start with 9GB free for userdata (which is the only partition you can use).
