Package Uninstaller Pro and OS Updates

For those using PUP to limit background OS activity and prolong your battery life, how do you deal with major OS updates? Export the settings, re-unable all packets, save to XML, update and then upload an XML file to PUP? Or does PUP functionality have no effect on OS updates?

In the past I've always re enabled all packages before taking the ota. It's just part of my routine for an update. Depending on what your disabled list looks like you may be able to get away with it but I usually try to take otas on a unmodified system

I have taken am update with packages disabled on my note 5 but I would recommend re enabling all packages before updating

In that case, is there a way to export the XML backup to a location OTHER than external storage?

You can just upload it to the cloud (drive) or whatever. Or email it to yourself
