Packing film on the home button?

Did your s7 edge come with any film on the home button that needed to be removed? If so, how obvious was it and how easy to remove? What colour phone do you have?

I feel like my home button might have a film on it but I've picked at it as much as I dare and it isn't shifting so maybe not. But the fingerprint scanner isn't as good as I'd expect so again I wonder if there is a film that needs to be removed ???

Mine had the plastic over the entire front of the phone but nothing extra over the home button.

I can confirm that there were 2 different factory plastic coverings on the S7 edge.
Purchased one silver that had the whole front including the home button covered with one sheet of clear plastic. One black that I opened had a separate clear cover on the home button, front cover was cut out around the home button.
Look at the screen plastic and see if there was a cutout for the home button.

Mine was black and had only one big sheet over the whole phone. I really wouldn't pick at it considering the peeling some are getting.
