There may be a text field that was being edited or the information will be lost. It's just asking to confirm that you want to leave, unless you really don't and wish to not lose the information on that page.

is there any way of having this not show up everytime I go the websites ?

I think this is a new feature of Chrome browser. I have started noticing on my desktop, these same kinds of messages over the lasts couple weeks.
