Paid upgrade from Samsung s6

[NFOM]

I have a samsung galaxy s6 which is contract & with o2 you can upgrade if you pay a certain amount. Since getting this phone I wished It was bigger I'm not a fan of the edge feature so wouldn't get a edge+ or note 5....

If I pay £400 I can upgrade to the Nexus 6p is it worth it just to have a bigger screen? I know other things will be different but will they be better?
