paint flaking off around headphone jack

The paint around the headphone jack is starting to flake off on my partners no 4,has anyone else had the same issue ?

I don't think it's anything to do with how the headphones are being put in the phone as you would think the same would happen with the micro USB/charging socket as the charging lead has sharper edges than a headphone plug.

Also in the photo you can see the paint is lifting and on closer inspection the paint is starting to bubble up in a couple of other places.

Same here. I've learned to ignore it. In 2 years it's gonna be pretty scratched up anyway.

I am not seeing it on mine. I have used the headphone slot a few times but mainly I use bluetooth so that may be why I don't see it as much.
