Pairing replaced galaxy bud

I lost my left galaxy bud and got new one then i tried to pair it, i did unpair the old one, then i put both into the case then i tried to pair but i found 2 different buds to link so i could link to right or to the left but couldn't pair both, any recommendations

I think you have to go to authorize Samsung center to get them paired
