Pandora in Background

How do I keep Pandora from popping up as running in the background all the time?

Good question. Ever since we received Android Oreo (8.0) I get that notification all the time for just about any app I am using, Play Store, Play Music, News, etc.

I use an app called AutoNotification and it works hiding that type of notifications.

I think I read somewhere that Google changed these Notifications with Pie.

AutoNotification seems to be working. I suppose that Pandora is running in the background without me knowing about it now?

Either that or the app you mentioned shuts it off as soon as it does start running in the background? I'm not sure which it does. What does that app description say it does to stop the notifications?
