Panorama shots

So, I took a few panoramic shots with my phone and when I went to back them up to my cloud account and remove them from phone storage, afterwards, when I go back into Google photos and click on that panoramic shot, it says unable to load media for some reason.

I'm guessing you did it correctly, but just in case -- when you removed it from your phone storage, you didn't tap the garbage can icon, right? You tapped the menu button associated with the photo on the phone and selected the Delete from Device option?
