Password/login app advice (free)

Any suggestions on what to use. I have been using "keeper" for the last few years. Free version. Had to get a new phone logged in to the app and all the info was gone. from what I have read I needed to upgrade to the paid version to be able to do this. I want to use something that is more webbased so that if I need a new phone I can just install it and login. Any suggestions?

I use LastPass. I use the Premium version of it but they recently made the free version free to sync across all devices. I would check them out.
