Password protected use odin?

So I bought a legit tablet the 7 off of swappa. The person that sent it to me however forgot to factory reset it for me. So it's asking me for their password even if I reboot and wipe it through the bootloader. Swappa and I am trying to get this person to message me whatever the code is. I got a good deal on it and it's a really good shape so I don't want to have to send it back so I'm curious if I reset it in Odin if that will wipe out the password issue. Because again I bought it legitimately it's not stolen he had it on and running before he sent it to me.

Even through odin it's still has the FRP , best bet return or communicate with the seller and swappa staff .
