Please tell me how to fix my tablet saying "unfortunately touchwiz home has stopped"

How can I fix "unfortunately touchwiz home has stopped" on my samsung galaxy 3 tablet

When I try to get on an app or do other things my tablet pops up saying "unfortunately touchwiz home has stopped". I have a Samsung galaxy 3 tablet. I have cleared data and cache.
