PC don't detect my phone

Hi all:

My wife's cell phone " grand duos "is not detected on my PC (win 7).

Tried with kies installed , SnapPea , no way...

On the same PC I can do everything when I connect my S3 !!! any ideas ??

You need drivers.

ok I googled for the drivers and installed... nothing happens !!!

Searched at Samsung site and there are not any drivers !!! the solution according to their information is install Kies , that I had already installed but it doesn't detect the Grand duos.

Any idea where I can find the right drivers ?? grand duos is mod. n? GT-I9082

please update your windows media player to version 11
& install samsung usb drive
