Pc problems?

my phone will connect to pc to charge but pc will not recognize it, i've tried 3 pcs... and 2 samsung wires and 1 after market one... HELP please!

Welcome to the forums. You may need to install updated drivers. Samsung has them available for free on their own website.

Otherwise, you may need to upload them on to a cloud service like Google Drive or Dropbox.

2 suggestions:

1. Install Android File Transfer on your desktop. It's free and simple, but somewhat limited.

2. Install AirDroid. Free and paid versions. I recommend the paid version because it unlocks every feature and eliminates the cap on the amount of data you can transfer.
