PDF app advice required please!

I've been emailed a PDF document that I need to sign and then email back ASAP. I don't really want to have to pay to do this as it isn't something I have to do very often at all. I'd also prefer to be able to save locally as I tried to do this with Adobe Acrobat which I already had installed, but the only option it gave me was to save to their cloud service, which I don't really want. Anyone know of an app which fits the bill please?
