pdf to speech

Hi
I know that there is Moon+ reader, but the problem is it's limited. You have to read only small pdf for it to work. Is there a pdf to speech application that is more powerful because I have one pdf that is 9MB and I dont have adobe pro version to make it smaller. I also am running windows 7 so making it smaller with a free app is not working as well as they are not compatible with win7
