Pebble Steel band installed.

The install was pretty easy. I had to take out a few links, and that wasn't too difficult either. I think it looks nice, and I prefer the price to the Moto band. Here's a pic.

Looks nice I have mine too, are you getting cracks on the back with the band though?

There's a nice long thread on here about using the Pebble Steel bands rather than the Moto's (because it was the only option for months after the 360 release). In addition to the cheaper price, I would even argue, it's a more attractive band. Of course, that's my personal opinion. I wouldn't sweat getting cracks too much if I were you. I've had mine since launch week, with no cracks, and people with the original leather band have reported cracks on their watches. I have a hard time attributing cracks on the watches to installing the Pebble Steel band.

I don't have any cracks. On the subject of cracks though, I did notice one thing while changing bands. The leather band fits very snug - meaning there's not much wiggle room between the band and watch. The Pebble band fits nicely without having to struggle to get it installed.
