On my previous phone (Samsung S20 FE, Android 13) there was this option to disable absolutely all sound, including incoming calls, music, notifications and alarms with only one button: Total Silence mode. That was perfect for work and classes. On my new phone (Samsung S23, Android 15) there's only 'Do not disturb' mode which doesn't turn off incoming call or notifications sound.

Did they really remove such useful feature or I just fail to find it? How do you all quickly turn off all sound while at work?

Nope, all three options should still be there (Sound/Vibrate/Mute). Tapping the sound button on the control panel should cycle through them (or you can long-press on it to go into Sounds and Vibration settings and further customize things).

Depending on the UI version you have, it may have moved to the bottom of the screen (next to the volume slider) or until you fully expand the control panel.
