Pedometer stopped working...

Until a few days ago the pedometer on my Gear Fit was working fine and then all of the sudden it stopped... Yesterday I think it recorded 11 steps. I have restarted it, rebooted, completely drained the battery and then recharged it 100%, and uninstalled/reinstalled Gear Fit Manager... I contacted Samsung's Tech Support and they were of ABSOLUTELY no help at all.

Any one else run into this problem???

Have you tried factory resetting the Gear Fit?
