I paid my monthly fee for TMO and the official start date for the next month's use was 11 days later. I left TMO two days into that new billing cycle. TMO then billed me for an ENTIRE additional month. A TMO rep felt like he was doing me a favor charging me $56 and change for the two days instead of the whole amount. If you decide to leave or switch carriers, beware of this unsavory practice by T-Mobile.
