Pending order?

Hello,

I ordered two Nexus 4 more than one week ago but the status still shows "pending" in Google Wallet. I called many times to Google Play Customer Service and they have absolutely no idea why this is happening.

Looks like this has happened to many other customers in the past, so any advice?

I just placed an order on Saturday and it said pending until Monday and it changed to shipped. I will be getting it today. I'm one of the lucky ones I guess.

Are either or both of them white? The white models might have production delays. Just a guess.
 
Can you go in and cancel the order then place a new one? If you don't see a change or receive the device in the next couple of days I would suggest doing that...if possible.

No, I cannot cancel it. I was told you can only cancel within one hour since placing the order.

I'd give it some time. It is odd that it's not changing station and even worse that Google Play customer service doesn't know what's going on.
