People can not hear me unless I have the speakerphone on

I had a problem with the charging port, caused by my case. Got that fixed, and ever since, no one can hear me, unless I have the speakerphone turned on. They can not either hear me, or I sound so far away.

It sounds like the repair shop damaged the microphone when they fixed the charging port. I would suggest taking your device back to the shop.

Make sure your new case has a hole lined up with the microphone port! This is a tiny hole and could be clogged with trash. Does the phone work normally with the case off?
