By the way, us people who ordered through Samsung have seen nothing yet except for the "Preparing for shipment" status this past week.
Yeah I ordered from Samsung and I've had that status since the 3rd. Spoke with a rep last week and was told Samsung ships out on the 17th from FedEx. Have you purchased a phone from them before? This is my first time purchasing a phone from them. Tmobile wouldn't let me purchase a phone outright cause I'm with metropcs.
 
Well the rep on their twitter couldn't find out why my account is locked out and can't log on even though I tried the right password. I guess I'll have to wait and hopefully get the email with a tracking number then.

The way it sounds it might take up to the 18th to ship everyone's pre orders.

It would be nice if Amazon sold carrier phones like Samsung's website does. I mean directly from Amazon the company. It would be soooo much more easier than having to deal with inept sales reps and all and their shipping always very accurate.
 
Did you do the "forgot password" link so it will text you your password?

They are only going to tell you the 18th until people start getting them on Monday. They are not allowed to tell you it is shipping before that yet. They have to ship first.
 
Should rename this the whiny B thread. If you get it before Friday you're lucky. If not you get it on the release day. Just be happy the US isn't delayed like all the other countries.

Yes, and I get the same message as when I try to log in. That they temporarily have locked me out of my account. I already know I probably won't get the phone monday like others are but it would be such bs if I don't get it by the 18th. Not much more I can do. This will be my last phone I order from them though especially charging the 20 dollar fee and lying to me what it was for. I even told the sales rep I'd be buying my phone from Best Buy for now on. I've worked retail for years including where I had to order stuff for customers and never ever charged a labor fee to order something lol.

They haven't done anything wrong with your order yet. The release day is the 19th, anything before that is a bonus and extra.

They didn't lie to you about the fee, that is what it is. They charge that for in store and calling reps on the phone to place and place an order.

It is like an activation/SIM fee. All carriers charge them. It is just for various reasons they won't. Doing it online they don't charge the fee.
 
My order is still processing... I check multiple times a day. I'm with Verizon and ordered mines on the 6th. Picked the color Blue Coral. Never pre-ordered any of my other devices and i hate waiting😑

I never did before, no. I read on here that the order is handled by Digital River. I don't remember EVER hearing anything good about Digital River... lol
I'll be satisfied if I receive it on the 19th. No one was promised anything more than that.

I talked to T-Help on twitter. It basically hasn't been processed yet so there is no tracking number. If by the time i go to work tomorrow night if i don't get a number emailed or texted then I probably won't get it on Monday it will be too late.

That's not how the sales person explained the fee to me.
