Performance Issue?

Am I the only person who get's a semi-laggy home screen after about a week or so without a restart or shutdown of the phone? :-\

I've never gotten this issue, I use nova launcher. Also try clearing your cache once in a while. Settings>storage>cache>

(1) disable and/or remove bloatware
(2) disable animations in developer options (tap build # 5-10 times)
